昨日からソウルに来てますSESの登録したくて成田ー仁川便を利用登録できたので次回からは金浦でも自動ゲートを利用できます夕飯はカルククス貝がたっぷり入って美味しかった。そしてチヂミも美味しい。ハヌル展望台に行ってみましたが、夜より昼の方が眺めが良さそうでした。デザートにアイス夜22時でも店内混雑してました

昨日は友達と朝から晩まで遊び倒して疲れたけどいつもながら楽し過ぎて最高でした今日は朝から洗濯終わらせてあとは大好きな部屋でアマプラ観ながらゆっくり～涼しい風が家の中を通ってこれまた最高もう少ししたら買い物🛍と車のメンテナンスへ夜ご飯はダノ君と焼肉予定🥩🔥楽しみ！もう2ヶ月くらいは前のダノ君とのお出かけ🚗³₃あまりリアルタイムではアップしていないのだけどそうなると忘れることもある忘れてたことにはだいたいスマホの写真見て気付くこの日は映画を見に行こーってなってたので映画館の入ってるイオンでお昼ご飯🍚何年も前から何回も来ているお店だけど値上げがエグいというか、値上げ率は他と同じなんだろうけど私的にはこの値段で食べるってなりかけてます厳選しないとお金がね、掛かるばかりだからねカツオのとカキフライのと頼んでおかずをダノ君と半分こしましたここは１食づつ炊くこのご飯がめちゃくちゃ美味しい映画観たらそこそこいい時間になったので晩ご飯は地元へ帰って居酒屋へポテサラはあれば頼んじゃう串カツがメインのお店だったみたいでやっぱり串カツが1番美味しかったダノ家の家庭の事情や仕事の繁忙期もあってなかなか1日デートが行けてないのだけどダノ君の仕事も落ち着いてきたようだしまた行けたらいいなー
かっきぃの終わりなき戦い
というわけでインフル罹患から帰還しました！ってもう２週間前のことなんですが、おかげ様でインフル療養のため夏季休暇３日間を在宅勤務で使いきりました。インフル療養中は会社パソコンを持ち帰っていたため、時間構わず仕事ができたおかげでやっとこさ少し落ち着いかと思ったのに、その翌週も予定があった日以外は残業。気付けば金曜日はしっかり飲んで帰れるほど元気になっておりました。ＯＬＯＬＯＬ突然思い立ってサマソニに参戦したのが8/16（日）帰宅が23時頃だったか、寝たのは１時過ぎだったので17日（月）はノーラン。お盆休み明けだったのでやや早めに出社してやや残業したような気がする。18日（火）この日既に病魔は襲ってきていたのか朝起きると喉がややチリチリっと痛いような・・・まぁでも走れば治るかと思って、メルカリで購入したEVO SL Wovenをシェイクダウン（って中古の場合シェイクダウンっていうのか？）ほぼPRO4と変わらないほど反発があって、こりゃキロ５ジョグじゃもったいないなって代物でした。いつもは目が覚めてなかったり脚が重かったりして5:30から5秒ずつしか上げられないのに、この日はニューシューズマジックか足取りも軽くちゃっちゃとペースアップできるくらい元気だったんですよね。会社について仕事をしてると、あれよあれよという間に関節痛、倦怠感、頭痛でこれはマジなヤツだなという状態に。しかしデスクには山のような仕事が残っており鬼の形相でできる限り片付け、ぐったりしつつも19時過ぎまで仕事して、やっとこさパソコンを持って帰ろうとするも電車遅延で全然進まないし、真夏だというのに鳥肌立てつつつり革にぶら下がりながら命からがらなんとか帰宅。それでもまだ寝れば治るを信じて、熱を測ると負けてしまいそうだったので現実を見ないままカロナールを飲んで就寝。19日（水）何度もうなされて起きてを繰り返しいよいよ出勤するには起きねばならない時間になったが、体感絶対NGなやつ。実際就寝中も付けていたスントによる睡眠スコアもめちゃくちゃ悪くて、深い睡眠がほぼ無く、HRVも初の21ミリ！ちなみにHRVってのはこういうものなんですが、けっこう個人差があるみたいで自分の基準値からどんだけ外れてるかでその日の調子を読み取れるみたいなんですが、普段実際の体感と一致してるかというとそーでもなかったりするものの、この日は大酒飲んだときにも出たことがない数値が叩き出されました！ちなみに私のベースは酒飲まないで６時間くらい寝るとだいたい100～120くらい。計測してる人の話を聞くとだいぶ高い方みたいで、日々アホみたいに爆睡してるタイプの人間みたいなんですが、月曜の夜もこんな感じで通常運転で、全然病魔が迫っていたことは感じていなかったんですよね。こちらは一カ月のHRVの推移。右下の大暴落してるところがインフル発症後の三日間。たまに落ち込んでるときは深酒です。話が反れましたが水曜の朝はもう完全に流行病確定な感じ。とりあえず会社には夏季休暇を使うことを伝え、病院で検査して結果がわかったらまた連絡することに。町の内科はホームページで調べたところ発熱がある場合は先に電話連絡しろってことで、朝一連絡すると、徒歩で来るなら病院の前でまた連絡してくれとのこと。病院について電話すると、看護師さんに連れられ院内の隔離部屋へ。そこで鼻に綿棒つっこんでコロナとインフルの検査してもらったところ「インフルＡ型」って。まぁそうだろうなーと思ったけど、コロナより後遺症とかなさそうだしまだマシか？ってかこれ完全にサマソニでもらってきたんだなぁ・・・処方箋の待合室のテレビでも「インフル流行！インバウンドの影響で季節関係なく南半球から菌が持ち込まれている！」なんてやってたけど、とはいえまだまだ流行先取りだったのか病院でも薬局でも「こんな時期に珍しいですねぇ」って言われたし、田舎にはまだ流行がやってきてないようでしたｗ処方されたゾルフーザって薬はその場で２錠飲んだらもうそれで終了！24時間後にはこれまでのインフル薬の100分の１くらいに菌が死滅するそうで、人にうつす心配がないのはいいですね！とはいえそこから24時間が一番しんどくて、夜が明けるのが本当待ち遠しかったし、途中もう我慢ならなかったのでカロナールに手を出したらだいぶ楽になりました！病院から帰宅後はすぐに会社に連絡してインフルのため夏休み３日間を全てここで消化する旨を伝え（ちょうど水～金休みで月曜から出社できるという絶妙な社畜タイミング！）、たくさん持ち帰ってきた仕事を片付けるためパソコンを開くが、さすがに頭痛すぎてメールすら読んでいられなくなり、午後からはずっと眠り続けておりました。そういえば熱は病院から帰って計ったけど39.7℃とかだったかな。8/20（木）一日中寝てたのでどこからどこまでが就寝時間だか区別がつかなそうだったけど、どうやら時計をつけて寝始めたのが23時頃だったよう。おかげさまで前日よりは少し回復。（熱も37.2℃まで下がる）とはいえHRV36は酒も飲んでないのに異常事態なのでまだまだ病気ですね。これは期待できるかも！と体重計に乗ってみるとキター！！憧れの鶏皮族の証であるBMIサブ17！マジでインフルってフルマラソンくらいの破壊力あるんだなぁ！もちろんこんな奇跡の数値あっという間に戻りましたけどね。薬も効いたようでだいぶ熱っぽさ、倦怠感、関節痛、頭痛も落ち着いてきたので、まだいてぇいてぇとぼやきつつもがっつり在宅勤務。サマソニで聴いたアーティストの曲なんか流しながら優雅にお仕事♪たまにブログも書いたりしてちょっと素敵だけどやっぱり悲しい夏季休暇となりました。。。8/21（金）時間気にせず仕事したりしてたので変な時間に寝てますがかなり回復！平均心拍も70→60→50と落ち着いてきたし、HRVも21→36→66とジャンプアップ！そろそろ走れそうじゃね？って思えちゃうくらいの体感だったけど、いやいやここで焦ってはならぬ！まだまだ数値的には悪いっちゃ悪いし無理するときじゃないと思って大人しく在宅勤務しまくりました。ちなみに前回インフルになったのっていつだっけ？って過去のブログを振り返ったら2018年1月以来でした！2017年3月の東京マラソン準エリート選考レースであった佐倉マラソン前日にインフルになった翌年に２年連続の罹患w2016～7年は早めに予防接種を打ってしまったため佐倉マラソンの3月末まで効果がもたなかった経緯があり、2017～8年は遅めに打つことにしたら2018/1/15に予防接種を受けて6日後の1/21にインフルに罹るというアホっぷりw大流行時期に効果が間に合わず、更には油断してゲンさんとオレオとカラオケ行って、ゲンさんにだけしっかりうつしておりました・・・レース時期なのに最悪ですね。その節は大変失礼しました＞＜で、その時はどんな感じで練習再開してたんだっけ？と思って確認したら日曜の夜に発症して、水曜にはもう走ってましたw今回火曜の夜に発症して、水・木だから2018年はもう今日走ってたってことか！当時はまだコロナ前だし、感染症のリテラシーがだいぶ低かったことがうかがえますねwそんなわけでこの日もせっせと在宅勤務。あと寝具の洗濯をするのにコインランドリーに行ったりして、少し家事の爪痕も残しておいたんでした。あ～楽しい夏休みだったーーーー！！（泣）8/22（土）ついに完全復活か！？ちょっとお酒飲んだ翌日くらいのレベルには落ち着いたことにして、午前中に5分半ペースの10kmジョグ。さすがにペースは上がらず、だいぶしんどかったので昨日走らないでよかった！そういえば豪雨被害から10日ほど経っていたみたいで、かつて路上にたくさん残っていた故障車がすっかり片付いて、町が元通りになりつつあったのは嬉しかった！でもまだ水没したお蕎麦屋さんは臨時休業中だし、土地が低いところのお宅の前にはなんとか乾かして使えるようにならないか願ってのことなのかドアを開けたままにしてる車があったり、よく見てみると壁にそこまで水が来ていたことがわかる跡が胸の高さくらいのところにあったりと、まだまだ爪痕は色濃く残っていました。それにしてもこの10日間でいろいろあったなぁ・・・そろそろ酒に手を出そうかと思ったけど、HRVが100超えたらにすることにして火～土曜まで６日間連続の禁酒日獲得！病気のときは禁酒日についてはボーナスタイムですね。8/23（日）うーん、数値は面白くないほど前日と同じ。HRVも91とやや100には届かなかったけど、15kmジョグは5:10ペースまで戻ったし完全回復ってことでいいかな。それにしても面白半分見ててあまり信じていなかったHRVだけど見事に回復の経緯を示しておりました。ってことで夜は近所のクラフトビール屋さんで祝杯！！うめぇ～～～！！酒が美味しく飲めたので完全復活！！というわけで私の熱い夏休み報告でした。

現役で活躍中の大正7年に建設されたレンガ醤油蔵観光ボランティア研修を兼ねてのまちあるき今回は福山醸造札幌工場＆雪印メグミルク酪農と乳の歴史館、札幌工場処は東区集合場所は札幌南口の東急デパート西隣C６のバス乗り場８:10集合なので出勤よりも早い7:30に家を出た通勤者に混じってバスに揺られること数分福山醸造本社前に到着ご丁寧に案内板も用意されていた最初に”醤油ができるまで”をビデオ鑑賞その後ガイドとして再就職した職員さんのお話を聞くがこの方のお話、しれっとして軽い自虐ネタを交えて話すのでそんじょそこらの若くてきれいなガイドさんより数倍面白い【福山醸造】トモエのマークで知られる福山醸造は醤油と味噌を製造しており、醤油の製造部門が札幌市東区にある。その前身は福井県の回船問屋にあり、明治初期に北前船で全国を巡り各地の産物を商っていたが、北海道産の大豆に目をつけ、1891（明治24）年に札幌で醤油製造を開始。-HPより-机の上には工場見学の記念品左の白いお絞りのようなモノは工場見学の時に被るキャップ端を持って引っ張り手を離すとキャップに早変わり元に戻せる優れもの鮭ではなくてお味噌を背負ってる熊一旦外へ出て工場の方へ歩を進めるとお醤油の匂いがしてきた丁度みたらし団子にかかっているあのお醤油の匂いあるところまで行くとまた違った匂いが・・辺り一面に麹やもろみの香りが立ち込めていた敷地奥まで行き赤レンガ造りの醤油蔵を一望醤油蔵は今も現役平成16年（2004年）に苗穂地区の工場・記念館群のひとつとして、《北海道遺産》に選定されたそう機械化が進んだとはいえまだまだ手作業が必要なお醤油作りにビックらポン工場内はもちろん撮影禁止工場見学後、資料室へ北海道ができて間もないころから北海道の地に根をおろしており1630年から使われていたという寛永通宝、巨大な看板や古い黒電話等など歴史を感じる道具が多く残されており見どころ満載お楽しみの直売所は北海道では珍しい”量り売り”の醤油・生味噌・こうじ、直売所ならではの限定商品や北海道の素材にこだわった商品が販売されている自分は量り売りの”糀”を200ｇと珈琲、ビスコッティ等など購入【麹】こうじ全般【糀】米こうじのこと工場見学｜福山醸造「札幌醤油工場」「旭川味噌工場」の2つの工場を無料で見学する事ができ、歴史ある工場で醤油づくりや味噌づくりの工程を間近で見る事ができます。工場長のごあいさつや、見学時間、休館日、予約状況、お問い合わせ先などご紹介します。www.tomoechan.jp雪印メグミルク 酪農と乳の歴史館、札幌工場明治初期から苗穂は工場地帯だったそうで徒歩5分ほどテクテク歩くとメグミルクの工場へそうそう、一度観たかった勝元神社その勝元神社のあるところは待合室その為か、勝元神社にはまったく触れずに工場見学へ撮影できるのは階段横にあるスイスやドイツなどから集められた74個のカウベルまで2階に行くとおっきな創業当時のバターづくりの機械や工場を1/30サイズにしたちっさくても精密に作られて可愛い模型などが展示され工場全体の流れが一目でわかる機械の今と昔を比べると昔々はとてつもなく労力がかかっていたんだと今更ながら思わさった3階では北海道の酪農と雪印の歴史を史料が展示され昔懐かしい商品や宣伝パンフレットもあり当時が偲ばれ面白かった歴史観なので売店はなく札幌駅からのバスも本数が少ないため常温保存可能なロングライフ牛乳とメグミルクの消しゴムを記念に頂き停留所へ今回もお天気がよく楽しいまちあるき企画してくれた担当者に感謝おつかれさまでしたおまけ9/19 5:18札幌日の出5:17昨日比+1分札幌の入17:39昨日比-2分昼の長さ12時間22分最高気温22度最低気温14度修行の日なりたい自分にちまけいで9/19BMI ：22.5体脂肪：28.6体内年齢：50歳昨日の歩数10,651歩無事に過ごせて感謝今日のことば伝統とは形を継承することを言わず、その魂を、その精神を継承することを言う。-嘉納治五郎-

文房具好きのひとりごと。
ロルバーンダイアリー、ほぼ日手帳に続いて来年のトラベラーズノートダイアリーも発売されましたね書店や文具店でも所狭しと手帳が並べられて、来年の手帳の発売ラッシュですね。8月の時点でロルバーンダイアリーを3冊とデイリー手帳1冊の計4冊を購入してしまい、手帳欲がある程度満たされたのか来年のほぼ日もトラベラーズノートダイアリーもまだ購入していません。一番上に乗っているのはカバーが行方不明になって、ここ数日全裸の手帳（言い方）です。来年はトラベラーズノートをお休みさせようと考えているのでレザータグの配布終了後になりそうですが、使いたくなった時に購入すればいっか⭐︎なーんてのんびり構えています。レザータグ、ほぼ日のボールペンみたいに対象商品を購入したら必ず貰えるようにしてほしいなぁ…なんて。ほぼ日手帳に関しては必ずと言っていいほど再販されるので「発売日に購入すること」が目的じゃなれけば、じっくり悩んで秋くらいに決めたいのです。もう秋ですが。←なにせ手帳会議が本当に進んでいなくてですね…夜寝る前や仕事中など隙あらば手帳についてあれこれ考えているのですが、なかなか結論に辿り着かず。今のところメインの手帳をバイブルサイズのシステム手帳にするか、ロルバーンダイアリーにするかのほぼ二択で考えているのですがなんだかんだでほぼ日weeksの存在がチラつきます。ほぼ日手帳オリジナルかカズンも使いたいなぁと考えているし、TNPを復活させたいなぁとかも漠然と考えているし全くもって相変わらずどこを目指しているのか分からない状態です使い道を考え始めたら欲しくなってしまうので、あまり色々な手帳を選択肢に入れないようにしたいのですが…やっぱり目移りしてしまいますね。そんなこんなで子どもの学校行事や推し活にかまけていて、あらゆる手帳のお祭りに乗り遅れておりますが手帳会議と同時進行で来年の手帳に使えそうなあれこれをちまちまと購入しながら私になり来年の手帳にワクワクしながら過ごしています。またしばらくの間オチのない手帳会議の投稿が続くかと思いますが始まったばかりの手帳の季節、思う存分楽しみましょうね〜

こんにちは昨日からアジア大会が始まりました愛知県じゃない人って、どのぐらいアジア大会に興味持ってるんだろう。そもそも開催されるって知ってるのかなスポーツには興味なく、見に行くつもりはないのですが、ブルーインパルスは見たいってことで、昨日見に行ってきました早めに行ったのですが、地下鉄も駅も激混み地上に出たら、すごい人の数しばらく待ってたら登場名古屋城方面から来ると思ったら、逆から来たあーかっこいい天気も良くてほんと最高でした場所もよくて、ハートも丸もよーく見えた私、栄って基本地下を使って移動してて、昨日は地上を歩いたんですけどブルーインパルス効果もあってすごい賑わってて街中に音楽流れてて、ハエラも見れて旅行者気分でなんかテンション上がって楽しかったスーツケース持った観光客っぽい人や、海外から来たアジア大会の関係者や旅行者。いろんな人がいて、なんかいつもの栄とは違ってたほんと今度名古屋観光しよっとシルバーウィーク１日目は充実した日でした他のイベントも見に行こうかな

とっても楽しみにしていたヨコチョのライブなんと熊本のライブハウス「B. 9」で開催でございますとっても久しぶりのライブハウスにワクワクして⋯早めに到着おなじみQRコードに4けたの数字がうっすら表示され⋯その順番で会場入りという、素晴らしいシステムざっくり50番ずつ並び場所が決まってて⋯お互い番号を確認して並ぶという平和な世界話しかけた方がちょうど私の前という奇跡ヨコチョと一緒に並びましょう500人キャパの100番台こちらのライブハウスはフロアに4ヶ所段差があるので⋯最前のフロアで埋もれるより⋯3段目の最前ど真ん中を場所取りして⋯ヨコチョの真っ正面ゲット昨年に続いてソロコン参戦できて幸せこんなロックヨコの姿を想像してなかったなぁ〜自分で言っちゃう「九州では特に男前」いやいや、ホントにかわいい45歳ロックスター登場したとたん目が合った（私に指を指したと思いたい）と⋯全員思ったよねヤスくんのお誕生日だし⋯盛り上がるわけですどんどん盛り上がるわけです優しいヨコチョはダブルアンコールに加えて、必要以上に歌うのですホントにありがとう熊本に来てくれただけでも奇跡2時間チョットの楽しい時間をありがとうソロの時の、可愛すぎる老眼ヨコチョ大好きだわshow must go on

９月４日(金)大腸内視鏡検査を受けてきました今回は完全に備忘録としてのブログになります。次回検診を受ける時の参考にするために、こと細かく書いてみました。(覚悟してください。長いですよ)なぜ大腸内視鏡検査を受けたのかというと、人間ドックで受けた便潜血検査の結果が陽性だったからです実は祖母が大腸癌で亡くなっていたり、父も40代前半から大腸ポリープを繰り返していたりと遺伝的にも心配ではありました。なので、「症状がなかったとしても、今年こそは大腸内視鏡検査を受けないと」とは思っていたんですよね。大腸内視鏡検査を受けるのは今回が２回目で、初めて受けたのは18年も前のことです。当時の経緯としては、盲腸を薬で散らしたものの予後が思わしくなく、亀山の個人クリニックで検査を受けることになったのでした。その時は鎮静剤を打たれたものの、完全に意識がある状態でスクリーンに映し出される自分の大腸の中を見ながら検査を受けるという、今思えば結構面白い体験でした。(当時はかなり恥ずかしかったですけどね)痛みも全く感じず、温厚な医師に「綺麗な腸ですね〜、問題ないですよ」とニッコリされ、安心感から「今度受けるときもココのクリニックにする！」と思ったものです。でも、さすがに亀山は自宅から遠すぎるというわけで、名古屋市内で評判のいいクリニックを探して行ってまいりました新栄のクリニックです。まずは事前に医師から問診を受け、看護師さんから説明を受けます。問診は８月上旬に受けたのですが、その時に下剤をもらい、検査食の案内を受けて購入しました。検査自体は９月４日の別日です。後からネットで知ったのですが、検査の前日だけでなく、3日前から消化の悪い食材は避けた方がいいという情報もありますね。(キノコとかバンバン食べてた)前日は購入した検査食を摂ります昼食はタッパーに入れて職場へ持参し、電子レンジで温めて食べます。それだけだと足りなかったので、コンビニでプリンを買ってデザートを追加(クリニックからの案内だとプリンはOKでした。あと、真偽のほどはわかりませんが、なめらかプリンより固めのプリンの方がいいというネット情報があったので「釜焼きプリン」を選びました)夕飯は20時までに済ませないといけないのをいいことに、18時で定時退社翌朝下剤を飲むため、コンビニで2リットルの水を購入しておきます。夕飯ですが、検査食のビーフシチュー、結構美味しかった21時に下剤(錠剤)を飲んで就寝翌日への緊張からか、あまりよく眠れず、早朝にウトウトしつつ目覚めたらもう5時半イヤイヤ起きて用意をしますなぜなら6時から下剤を飲まないといけないからですこれは苦行といってもいいもので、10分かけてサルプレップ(液体の下剤)120mlを飲み、そのあと水250mlを2回に分けて約10分で飲む→これを最低6回繰り返す、というものサルプレップ、本当にまずい。息を止めて飲んでも、本当にまずい。炭酸の抜けたレモンスカッシュのような、でも爽やかじゃなくて苦味がある感じとでも言うのでしょうか…Xで「冷やした方が飲みやすい」「ストローだと味がわかりにくくなってマシ」と読んだものの後の祭り。常温のまま置きっぱだったし、ウチにはストローなんてありません。はい。諦めてサル君と対峙するしかないのですサル君とひたすら向き合うこと約2時間。8時頃にようやくサル君を飲み干しました軽く寒気がしてきます。「サル君の副作用かなー」と思いつつ、布団にくるまって少し仮眠10時に起きて持ち物(健康保険証と診察券)を用意し、イヤイヤ出発します12時からの予約ですが、20分前にクリニックに着いている必要があるのです。到着するとまず自分で血圧を測り、結果を受付に渡します。その後、更衣室で検査着に着替えます。着替えた後も、他の人とできるだけ鉢合わせしないような配慮がなされているのは安心リカバリールームで看護師さんから説明を受け、ベッドで横になりながら点滴の針をセットしてもらいます。時間になったら看護師さんがそのまま検査室まで運んでくれるのですが、初めての体験だけにビビりの私は「なんか手術するみたいだなー」と緊張しましたね。検査室に着くと、もう一度看護師さんが血圧を測ってくれます。その後、問診時の医師が登場。こういう時、一度会ったことのある先生だと安心しますね「今から鎮静剤を打ちますねー。目を瞑って深呼吸していてくださいねー。」「はあい」一、ニ、三まで数えないウチにもう寝ていましたウトウト夢を見ながら寝ていて、気がつくと元のリカバリールームにいました「もう終わりましたよー。しばらく休んでいてください。」「はあい」(ボーッ)このやりとりから意識が鮮明になるまで若干タイムラグがありました鎮静剤ってすごいんだな。めっちゃラクに終わったなー。医学の進歩って凄いって感じです30分ほど横になったまま休憩していると、看護師さんから簡単な説明があり、着替えて待合室で待った後、医師からの説明を受けます。「どうでしたか？気分は悪くないですか？」「大丈夫です。あまりにもラクだったので驚きました」「(画像を見せながら)大腸ポリープはありませんでしたよ。」「え！そうなんですね！安心しました！ありがとうございます！」家系や年齢、体質、便潜血検査の結果から大腸ポリープを覚悟していたのですが、本当によかった若い頃から今に至るまで仕事中心で身体を痛めつけてきたというのに、私の大腸は健気に耐えてくれていたんだねこれからはもっと自分の身体を大事にしてあげないといけないな。ちゃんと野菜やキノコを食べましょうお酒は控えめにしましょう運動はムリでも、できるだけ歩きましょうそして残業を減らしましょう(声を大にして言いたい！)というわけで、この気持ちを忘れないようにブログにしたためてみました聖子ちゃんも先日の夏コン(武道館)で「みなさん、これからも健康でいてくださいね」って言っていましたし(真剣な表情にキュン)幸いなことに大腸に異常はありませんでしたが、私自身としてはこれから３年に１回、大腸内視鏡検査を受けていこうと思っていますもう「恥ずかしい」とか言っている年齢でもないですし、今回お世話になったクリニックではできるだけ恥ずかしさを感じさせない配慮が徹底されていて感心しました患者さんへの配慮や寄り添う気持ちが理念として現れていましたね。素晴らしいクリニックです。検査の後は「がんばった自分へのご褒美」として、スタバのドーナツやらカフェオレやらを食しました(本当は消化の良いものから食べなくてはいけません)最後に。サル(プレップ)君、君の味は二度と忘れないよ

先週末は、土曜日、日曜日とも仕事関係の講習会で連日京都まで行っていました。土曜日は、彼さんがお仕事だったので、お見送りしてから、洗濯だけして、京都へ。夕方に終わって、東京本社から来られていたいつもお世話になっている方々と飲みに行ってきました〜京都のおしゃれな炭火串焼きのお店へ。普段は、電話やウェブでしかお話出来ないので、たくさんお話させて頂けて良かった。私は22時頃に帰宅。彼さんには、夕飯を買ってきたりして、適当に夜ご飯を食べてねって言ったら、インスタント麺×2袋食べたって。なんでそのチョイス…翌日曜日も、京都へ。講習を聞いて、京都のロピアでお買物して、そそくさと帰宅。さすがに疲れて、夕飯はロピアで購入してきたコチラローストビーフサラダ蟹身ご飯盛岡冷麺黒胡麻豆腐ビールこれに加えて、焼肉をオンザライスしたのも彼さんには追加しました。とにかく、疲れ過ぎたー昨日月曜日は、有給もらいました。が、スーパーに行って、掃除して、夜ご飯の作り置きおかずを作ったりしてたら、あっという間に彼さんが帰宅。昨日の夜ご飯はコチラタイのカルパッチョイカとキャベツのオイスターソース炒めかぼちゃの蒸し焼きポテサラ煮込みハンバーグお味噌汁ご飯久々にご飯作りを中々頑張った。ハンバーグは、柔らかく出来て美味しかった。今週はめちゃくちゃハードな週。早速体調悪いなー明日、生きてられるかな。
