今朝は目覚ましが鳴る前に目が覚める前夜は眠剤が効いたのか、2時過ぎにやっと眠れた結局睡眠時間は4時間弱だ胃腸と膀胱の調子が悪くて結構キツい服薬が原因だろうもう少しの辛抱だ😮💨7時、朝食部屋が暑い室温27度超の湿度61%Tシャツにスパッツで寝ても寒くない謎窓は2箇所開けてるのにねどー言うことだ🙄暑いせいで、砂抜き中の3割以上のアサリが逝ってしまうちょうど燃えるゴミの日でよかった部屋の激臭から解放される😢台所片付けつつ、うどんを茹でる前日買った天ぷらを温めて朝から豪華うどんリハビリ準備して出発行く前から今日もリハビリ断られるとわかっていたけど、神経障害治療薬がもうないので行くしかないのだ9時 リハビリ前診察受付の時点で37度の発熱37.5以下なら問題ないと思ったら隔離室で診察に待たされたと思ったらフェイスシールドやら厳重装備医師に先週の手術痕からの出血化膿の件で服薬通院中を伝える案の定、リハビリ却下腹圧かけなければリハビリはOKとの婦人科医師の言葉も伝えたが、入院の可能性のある患者のリハビリはできないとのことまた、37度といえど発熱してたらダメだそう冷水浴びてから検温に応じればよかったな…処方箋のみ出してもらって帰るよう言われるリハビリ受けるつもりで、12時からの心療内科の予約があるので家に帰るのもあれだなーと図書館へ4月分の家計簿アプリの整理と収支の計算したり銀行に記帳へ行く休職して以降、文字が読めなくなってしまい(うつ病の症状)購読をやめた「日経ウーマン」を読む11時半 心療内科へ開腹手術箇所が原因不明の出血と化膿、発熱等が起きていて明日から入院の可能性があることを伝え連休明けの次回のカウンセリングを念の為日程変更してもらい抗うつ剤と睡眠薬を処方で終了12時半ターミナル駅まで移動してトイレ芳香剤と洗浄液、フリクションペンの替芯を購入吐き気が酷くて食欲ないのでお昼は食べずに喫茶店で紅茶🫖の休憩その後、調剤薬局とスーパー寄って帰宅したら16時ぐったり明日の病院は午前最終時間の診察もし入院なら15時までに手続きが必要とのことで家に戻る時間はないから念の為、入院セット(最小限)を持参して駅のロッカーに入れていくことにしたGW中は、院内コンビニも休みなのでお茶や日用品も多めに持参あとは充電器と院内着とタオル類一番小さいスーツケースに詰め込むこの荷物が不要になることを祈るのみ🙏17時再配達の荷物で今日中に配達不可と言われた2社に明日朝イチでの配達をお願いしてみた1社は、電話番号もない聞いたこともない個人配送委託業者だそうで、本部に事情話したが、可能かはわからないし、再配達期限の問題で入院になったらもう受け取れないこと確定当日再配達ができないって結構無理ゲーだわ😮💨だったら最初から、送料払ってるんだし日時指定させて欲しい今朝、配達行きますってメールきて変更かけられなかったのでこちらの問題ではないまー、とりあえず、今回の入院(の可能性)は抗生物質の点滴で問題起きたらGW中だから大変なので念の為入院しましょう、っていうそんな大事じゃないと聞いているなんなら、ギリギリまで入院はしたくないと闘う気でいる狭い病棟に閉じ込められるの嫌だし、テレビも有料(1日千円)だし今回は点滴と経過観察のみと聞いてるのでできれば家で安静にしてる(？)から入院は嫌なんだ🤢リハビリも2週連続中止で、自主トレも腹圧の関係でできてないからまた筋力落ちそうで本当に怖い😢明日、無事に家に帰れたらサンシャインのイベント行きたいなー😁今日明日朝で冷蔵庫のもの食べ尽くすぞ💪喫茶利用のため行きつけの百貨店へトイレ利用したらの、まさか😩杖用ホルダーに、堂々と、健常者が傘立て代わりに使用…なんかね、こう言うのばっかりで悲しくなりますこのあとトイレから出てきたマダムは悪気もなく傘を持って出て行きました😮💨

こんにちは、Mihoです。本日より5月がスタートしましたねGW真っ只中で、旅行流の方も多いのかな私はカレンダー通りのお仕事なので、あまりGW気分はなく過ごしております海外行きたいな～さてさて、先日義理の家族と一緒に、ずっと待ち遠しいイベントがありましたそれは…いちご狩り私はとってもいちごが大好きなので、この季節は毎日いちごを食べています。昨年は結婚式があり、準備に明け暮れ時間がなく、行けなかったので、今年は絶対行きたいと思っていました私の母は人生初体験ということで、私よりも楽しみにしていて、何着て行ったらいいのかな？鞄はこれでいいかな？等かなり前から言っていましたそして先日いちご狩り当日を迎え、お天気はあいにくの雨開始時間が13時でしたが、外がとても寒かったので、いちごも暖かくなく、とても美味しくいただくことが出来ました大きな真っ赤ないちごがたくさん欲張りな私は…配布されたお皿にもりもりに摘みましたどれも本当に甘くて、美味しかったです。せっかく家族で来たのに、みんな食べるのに夢中でほぼ無言(笑)それくらい美味しかったということで、記念が欲しいと思い、急いで写真を何枚か撮りました主人がこちらを見つけたのですが、今回行った場所では、たまにコソッとこのタグがあり、白いいちごがありました運よく全員食べれましたが、私が食べたのは、普段食べ慣れているいちごより、酸味があって、とてもさっぱりとした印象隠れ品種だ～とみんなで飛びつきましたが、甘いと思っていたためか、ちょっと期待外れでした30分という短い時間での食べ放題でしたが、とても美味しく食べれて大満足もっと食べたかった…楽しい思い出が出来て良かったなみなさま、素敵な１日をInstagram@miho_happy.diaryFollow me♡ポイントタウン誰でも簡単にお小遣いがGETできます登録はこちらトリマ携帯を持ってるだけで、お小遣い稼ぎできちゃいます！紹介コードを入れてから登録すると、5,000マイルもらえます！PQUCeOHnKトリマ(←こちらからダウンロード)楽天お買いものはいつも楽天イベントを活用し、ポイントを貯めて賢くお得にお買い物おすすめ品は、こちらで紹介しています
派遣社員の日常(仮)
休日出勤の予定表が上司より送られて来ました。もちろん私のところは空欄になっていました「休日出勤できなくても良いから更新して欲しい」と言ってきたのは派遣先です。自分で言うのもなんですが、本当に真面目にやってきたから認めてもらえたのだとも思っています。「勉強に支障が出るようなら相談して」とも言われています。仕事より勉強に重きを置けってことよね。なんかスゴイなだから堂々とお休みすれば良いのですが、申し訳ないなぁとも思ってしまうこればかりは性格だから仕方ないけど、もうちょっと楽に考えられたら良いと思っています。そもそも派遣なんだしね。
