枕雑草子おはようございます。今朝は空一面を雲が覆っています。ほんの少しの間、私と素敵な時を過ごしませんか？当ブログの昨日のアクセス数は817でした、いつもありがとうございます。突然ですが、鶺鴒（セキレイ）って知ってますか？庭で見かけても案外逃げない鳥で、人懐っこく可愛い鳥です。私が背を向けて歩き出すと付いて来るんですよね。鶺鴒は季語が微妙なのですが一応、春と秋という２つの説があります。この鳥を一番よく見かけるのはこの時期なんですよね。だから、私は季語を春にしちゃいます。「チチン チチン」と鳴きながら、波形に飛ぶのがセキレイ類の特徴です。今日はその『鶺鴒』で俳句を詠んでみます。問題です。『愛をこめて花束を』この歌を歌っていた歌手は？答えはすぐ下のコーナーにあります。偏差値63の問題です。「を」の発音昨日、地方版ニュースで「を」の発音について特集をやっていました。愛媛県では、ほぼ100％「を」を「WO」と発音するのに対して、全国的には「O」と発音するところが多いそうです。それが・・最近、パソコンローマ字打ちだと「WO」と打ち込むため「WO」と発音する人が多くなってきているみたいです。紫式部の時代には日本全国「WO」と発音していたみたいです。「WO」の実際の発音を聞いたことない人は、プレバトの夏井先生の喋りを今度よく聞いてみてください。愛媛県の人だから、ハッキリ「WO」と言ってます。また、音楽の好きな人は 観てる人手を上げて！あまりいないでしょうね？意外に面白いよ！主役の設定がすごいんだよね。脳に障害があって、１日しか記憶できない。だから、いろんなことを日記に書いて、毎朝５時に起きてそれを読み、失った記憶を覚え直すことから彼女の生活が始まる。それは、無理だろう？だって・・「日記を見なければならない」ことさえ忘れていると思うのに…私の気になっていた髭の三瓶先生彼は静かに「僕と川内先生は婚約していました」と告げる。どうなんだろう？そんな気もしてはいたけど・・あと、どうでもいいことかもしれないけど、サッカーの試合場面やるんだったら、もっと工夫しようよ。体育の授業でやってるんじゃないんだから！ドフリーばかりでボールまわす試合がどこに存在するんだよ！って思ってしまった。千葉県高校サッカーって、日本一のレベルだよ！ハクセキレイは身近にいます『日本書紀』にはなんと、あのイザナギ・イザナミご夫妻がセキレイの指導で夫婦和合し「国産み」できたとの記述が!!日本に多いハクセキレイは、何十年か前までは北海道や東北だけで繁殖し、秋になると本州へやってくる鳥だったそうです。いまは都会でも一年中見られ、スズメ・カラス・ハトなどと並ぶ身近な小鳥。長い尻尾を上下に振りながらツピツピと歩く姿がとっても可愛いです。ハクセキレイの特徴①街中や川沿いでよく見かける。②体の色は白と黒でセグロセキレイとよく似ています。③尾の長い細長いシルエット、白い顔、黒い背面をしています。④長い尾を上下に振りながら歩く仕草もこの鳥の特徴です。⑤背中の色は夏羽では黒みが増し、冬羽になると淡くなります。ハクセキレイの生態水辺や市街地などに広く生息し、長い尾を上下に振りながら地面を歩き、昆虫類やミミズなどを食べます。夏になると縄張りを作ってセグロセキレイやキセキレイと争い、繁殖すると色の淡い幼鳥とともに行動します。発見できる場所①川沿いだけでなく郊外の道端でもよく目にします。②人間への警戒心が薄いようで、駅のホームなどで食べ物を物色している姿を見ることもよくあります。③行水することが好きなようで、川の浅瀬に浸かっていることもよくあります。私の俳句（白鶺鴒です）私の俳句です鶺鴒抜き足差し足忍び足浜辺美並の俳句です黄鶺鴒川に飛び入るしぶきかな模範俳句（黄鶺鴒です）正岡子規の俳句です鶺鴒よこの笠叩くことなかれ臼田亞浪の俳句です梅雨荒れの浪に吹かれて浜鶺鴒飯田蛇笏の俳句です岩淵や棲める鶺鴒一とつがひshopgirlさんの徒然草「天使の耳」感想ユーミンの「リフレインが叫んでる」をテーマにしたのはセンスが良いと思いますし、onちゃんこと安田顕さんの演技も素晴らしかったですが、凄く“モヤモヤする”結末ですよね。東野圭吾さんの「誰も幸せにならないストーリー」って、たぶん松本清張さんの影響が強いと思います。東野圭吾さんは松本清張作品の新刊をリアルタイムで読んでいた世代ですし、東野さんがデビューした時はまだ松本清張さんが現役だったはずなので、清張作品からの影響って凄く大きいと思うんですよ。例えば、新参者シリーズの「祈りの幕が降りる時」は、松本清張さんの「砂の器」と全く同じプロットの作品として有名です。映画版の「祈りの幕が降りる時」は特に明確で、「桜田ひよりさんと小日向文世さん演じる親子の壮絶な旅」のシーンは、完全に野村芳太郎監督版「砂の器」へのオマージュです。女子の痩せ信仰と美容・健康「プロアナ」っていう言葉を知ってますか？簡単に言うと「痩せ信仰」を意味する造語で、欧米ではかなり社会問題になっています。「女性の痩せ信仰が深刻な健康被害をもたらす」という考え方が欧米では一般化しており、パリコレが「痩せすぎモデル」をクビにしたのもそれが理由です。似たような言葉に「シンスピレーション」や「痩せ姫」というのもありますが、大体同じ意味です。これの何が厄介かと言うと、「自分が病的に痩せてる」「不健康である」という自覚がありながら、「もう少し痩せた方が良いかも」と思ってしまうんです。私も少しその傾向があるので、例に出しますね。私の場合は身長169cmで体重44kgなので、BMIは約15.4です。標準体重より19kg近く低く、重篤な低体重とされるBMI：15.0の一歩手前です。なので、「これ以上痩せたら本当にヤバい」と頭では分かっているのですが、K-POPアイドルを見て「あれくらい痩せてた方が良いな」と思ったり、体重45kgを超えたら「ヤバい、太った！」と思ってしまったりします。低体重だと色々健康面でも問題が出やすく、私の場合は日常的に倦怠感があったり、肌荒れしたり、爪が弱くなったり、体温調節が上手く出来なくなったりします。「身長169cmで体重44kg」という話を女性にした場合は「え！マジで？それ大丈夫なの？」という反応なのに対し、男性は「へえー、それくらいが理想なんじゃないの？」という反応です。更にお父さん世代の人は「女性たちが勝手に自分で自分の首を締めてるだけじゃないか」って言うと思います。全員じゃないですけど、お父さん世代の男の人って若い女子に厳しすぎるんですよ！親子ほど歳の差があるんだから、もうちょっと寛容になって欲しいです。お父さん世代の男性の方にも共感してもらったり、共感は出来なくても関心を持ってもらえたら嬉しいですし、体重公開した甲斐があります笑皆さんの俳句、短歌、川柳、コメント ある脳外科医の日記】◆ドラマ感想◆このドラマは脳外科医の主人公が脳の一部が事故だったか。翌日になると前の日の事は忘れてるドラマ。目覚ましが鳴って目が覚めるとそこにメモが貼ってありそのメモをたどって行くと自分の昨日までのあった事のノートにたどり着き昨日まであった事を覚えるという思うに主人公が脳外科医であるがゆえの頭脳の良さで昨日までの出来事をノートで知って覚えるというドラマ。もちろん同僚の事も覚えてないノートに写真を貼っていてそれを見て名前も見て挨拶もする。そこに新しくやって来た脳外科医。。無頼な感じの脳外科医。。新しくやって来た脳外科医はある事を提案する昨日までの事を忘れてる脳外科医の主人公に医療行為もさせるという。病院内では記憶を忘れる主人公には医療行為はさせてなかった。だが女優が脳内出血で運ばれて来て。最初の段階では新しく赴任した脳外科医が手術を行った。だが言語障害が残る。しばらくしリハビリをしながら脳内の血管のバイパス手術をすれば再発もほぼ防げて状態も良くなる可能性が出てきた。新しく赴任してきた脳外科医は主人公に手術に加われと言う。それには頭で覚えた事よりも実際にやった事は身体が覚えているから手術をすべきだと。主人公もとまどっていたが手術に加わる。赴任してきた脳外科医が手術の一部を任せる脳血管を繋げる部分とか。その主人公の手術は見事な物だった。やはり身体に染み付いた技術は裏切らない。これを契機に次回2話目から主人公の医師としての活躍ははじまるのではないのだろうか。ただ一晩寝ると記憶を全て忘れるという危険性はついて歩く危険だとは思われるが。次回、第二話もこうご期待と言うところだろうか。記憶が一晩で消える脳外科医の技術は裏切らないのだから。少々…筋書を書いていった感想文になったのは失敗な感想文かもしれませんが。僕の書いた第一話のストーリーで面白く観てみたい方が増えれば嬉しいです。◆俳句◆鶺鴒の事は知らないので僕はイメージで書いていきます。鶺鴒や とことこ歩く そこ線路鶺鴒は人懐っこいとのことで駅とかでも歩いているそうですので、鶺鴒が歩いている場所は線路の上だよと教えてあげたくなる風鶺鴒よ 空へ羽ばたき すまし顔鶺鴒が空に羽ばたく瞬間に『すまし顔』に見えた風。鶺鴒が 降りた先には 澄んだ川なんとなく鶺鴒は綺麗好きのような気がしたので鶺鴒が飛んで降りた先は澄んだ川ではないかな？と。原遊子さんいつぞやの鳥ホオジロなりきちかごろ来んねセキレイよ美蟲角さん川風にお辞儀何度もハクセキレイ鶺鴒に突かれ川面震えをりWOとOの発音知らなかった！4185yoiyagoさんキセキレイ影も黄色の水に立つ写真より。新宿など歩いていてごく稀に激ヤセの女性見ます。一目で分かります。杏子さん達は仕事柄相当気をつけていると思います。筋力を落とさない工夫さえ間違わなければ良いのでは。自分あと５キロ落としたいのですがなかなか。ノウハウ教えていただきたい。よねちゃんさんセキレイが 一足早く 水あそび水がきれいなところにいるイメージがあるので。

春のお料理教室は窓から入る風も気持ちよく食欲が湧きます✨鶏手羽先のはちみつ煮です山東・湖南のお料理です山東は原生のアカシアの森がありハチミツの産地だそう他にナンプラーやゆず胡椒黒酢も使って甘辛の美味しい味になりました✨乳酸発酵させた野菜の白和えです１、２日ほど発酵させた野菜を使っています野菜に塩分がほんのり入るから浅漬けのような感じでクコやナッツも入って美味しかったです✨こちらは新生姜の豚肉の炒め物新生姜はスライサーで薄切りし千切りにしてますその新生姜がよく効いて白いご飯にピッタリのおかずでした✨美味しかった〜そして最後は手羽先チップで作ったスープです手羽先チップを15分ほど煮たスープにお醤油やオイスターソースで少し味付け脂っこくなくすごく美味しかったです✨食後のデザートは愛玉子のゼリーです愛玉子はオーギョーチーと読みますとても珍しい美容にピッタリのゼリー先生は珍しいものをさらりと紹介してくれるから先生のおかげで食の知識が広がっていますはぁ〜美味しかった今月もご馳走様でした✨

おはようございます(・∀・)よく見かけますが、食べたことなくて購入してみました激辛とは書いてありますが、ピンクだし優しめかな〜と思いきや、なかなか辛かったです食べることができるレベルですけど、もうちょっと控えめで良いかも【クーポン配信中♪・送料無料】ブルダック炒め麺9種から選べるお試し10袋セット! ブルダック炒め麺 チーズブルダック、ブルダック炒め湯麺[汁有り]、カレーブルダック、ブルダック カルボナーラ ブルダックポックンミョン クリームカルボブルダック楽天市場${EVENT_LABEL_01_TEXT}ブルダックにも辛さレベルがあるんですね〜知らなかったです美味しかったのは美味しかったので、今度買うときは1番優しい辛さのやつかな 人間、何かやることを増やすよりも減らすほうがうまくいくとメンタリストのDaiGoさんが言っていてそれはそうかもしれないなあと思ったので減らすことを考えてみました(・∀・)スキルアップはしたい気持ちがあって、毎日ノルマで結構いっぱいいっぱいにはなっていますので…『新しく目標を立てるタイミング』おはようございます(・∀・)4月に入りましたね開花宣言はされたはずなのに、まだツボミが多いかもです4月といえば始まりの月でもありますこのような区切りの良いとき…ameblo.jpこの目標たちは絶対継続したいですだから見直すところは目標以外のところですね(・∀・)増やすことばかりに目が行ってしまいがちですが、時間やお金って有限ですので増やした分は減らさなきゃまずできそうなところから今年は本当にどうしてものとき以外、洋服は購入しませんっ可愛いとか何となくおしゃれだなあと思って購入するのはなしです我慢をしたいと思います例えばステージ衣装であったり仕事着で絶対必要なものは購入します去年、一昨年がものすごく洋服を購入してしまい…かなりお金がかかっていますいまは投資にお金をかけているので、以前みたいな購入のしかたはまず無理なのですがきちんといまある洋服をもう着ることができないね…ってところまでとにかく着倒して処分するまでは我慢いまある洋服でほとんど着ていないものも結構あるんですよね…勿体無い 週のうちのほんとんどは仕事をしていますし、仕事着で過ごしていることが多いのですそもそも私服を着る機会が少ないのに私服を持ちすぎではあるんですよね仕事着はきちんとローテーションして良い感じに着倒せているのに洋服を購入するときは別の洋服捨てるとき(・∀・)これを胸に刻みますまわりを見ていてもみんな同じ服を大事に着ている人が多いし、最近全然買い足していないよーって言っている友達も多いです衝動買いはやめます反省…洋服を新しく買うことをやめることで、洋服何を買おうって悩む時間もなくなるし出費も防げますねとにかくいま持っている洋服の出番を増やしてあげなければせっかく買ったのに勿体無いこの調子で少しずつ減らすことを考えていきたいですではでは

ねこまるな日々
こんにちは、今週１週間働いたら１０連休な在宅ワーカーねこまるです。4月に入って一気に暖かくなり、なんか最近朝体調悪いわーとか思っていたら…そうだ、自分、結構ひどいレベルの低血圧だった…ということを思い出しましたそういえば、冬って朝そこまで辛くないんですよねここ４か月、朝に激だるな症状がなかったせいで、低血圧であることをすっかり忘れる、という実に都合のよい記憶力ｗまた、１２月位まで朝ふらふらな症状が続くんでしょう…(高血圧と違い命の危険はないんですが、低血圧って地味に結構辛いんや…)一回、病院に行って相談した方がいいんかなところで、あまり気にならなくなってはいるものの、最初は結構なレベルで落ち込んだダイニングテーブルの購入の失敗(？※)『【失敗】ダイニングテーブル到着』こんにちは、在宅ワーカーねこまるです。先日、FLYMEeにてダイニングテーブルを購入しており、先週金曜日に到着しました。『ダイニングテーブル購入』こんにち…ameblo.jp(※)製造元のモーダエンカーサの名誉のために補足しておくと、テーブル自体はすごくよい商品でしたし、興味ある人には自信をもっておすすめする商品です。ただ、お気に入りのチェアの張地との色合いの差が大きくて、違和感を感じて落ち込んだだけです。この落ち込みを取り戻すために、好きなブランドの１つである BoConcept の商品を増やしてテンションを上げたい！という謎の発想の元、もう１度 BoConcept へｗちなみに、後で知ったのですが、ダイニングテーブルのモーダエンカーサの創設者って BoConcept の人だったらしい。結局ねこまるが好きなテイストって偏ってるんだな～と思いましたBoConcept 新宿店に再び行ってきました相変わらず、素敵な家具がそろったおしゃれ空間まず欲しかったのが、このローテーブルかわい過ぎて泣けるちなみに、壁に取り付けるタイプのこのオープンラックこれも素敵だな～スペースがあれば欲しいな～とか思って年末年始の休み頃に写真見ながら悩んでいたのですが、そのタイミングでちょうど北陸で大きな地震があり、「オープンラックって危険でしょ」って思考になってやめとこうかな、と。これは買うなというお告げに違いないってことで、まずはローテーブルを購入します。ローテーブルの天板は３種類(以前はもっと他の種類を選べたっぽいけど、多分もう欠品なんだと思う…)から選べます・ガラス・アッシュセラミック・ホワイトセラミックガラスもかわいいんですが、傷がつきやすいので、リセールバリューを考えたときに、より強度のある素材を選んで、長く使っても状態のいいものを選択する方がよいかな…と(ダイニングテーブルが届いて落ち込んでいた時に、家具の中古品売却についてヤフオクやメルカリとかを調べていたんですが、それなりに名前が通っているブランドは中古でもまあまあ高値で売れてるっぽいことを知ってリセールを意識するようになった。ちなみに、BoConcept もなかなか人気ある)ということで、残りはアッシュセラミックかホワイトセラミックBoConcept の公式サイトを見ていた時は、アッシュセラミックが第１候補で、結構白っぽい色なのかと思いきや、実物を見てみると結構アッシュの色が結構濃い。自然光があまり入らない状態で、暖色系の色を当てるとこんな感じ。アッシュだなあ…という感じただ、自然光が入る環境では、以下のように結構白く見える※それぞれ商品は別ですが、天板としては同じ「アッシュセラミック」です。ちなみに、白のセラミックはこんな感じ。きれいですが、こういうぺかぺかとした光沢がある素材は実はあまり好みではなかったり…ん－ーー※というか、天板の上においてある置皿的なもの素敵やな…素材は断然アッシュセラミックが好みなのですが、より白っぽい方がいいなあ、と思うとホワイトセラミック。ん－でも素材の質感があまり好みじゃないなあ…どうしよう…、となり、一旦帰って２週間寝かせることにしました。それでも、ずっと悩んでいて、なかなか決めきれなかったのですが、結局最終的には「アッシュセラミック」の方にしました。到着は６月か７月！楽しみちなみに、今回、BoConcept で何点か購入しており、合計金額は約70万円です。あと、家具購入とは全く別件ですが、親の命令で３月頃に約70万円の支払をしております。(また今度さくっと記事にしますね)その結果、クレジットカードの支払額が面白い状態にｗ頑張って働かなきゃ
