やめられない止まらない

アラフォー女、ひとりで生きるもん

管理栄養士さんに、貧血治療(ヘモグロビン値改善)のための食事療法として鉄分の吸収を阻害する紅茶の摂取を控える(実質止める)要注意があり、自分なりに量を減らせないか頑張りましたがわずか二日ですが、ギブアップ😩よくね、コーヒー中毒ってあるじゃない？自分は多分、紅茶中毒🫖朝イチで紅茶を淹れてゆっくり飲んでから朝食準備や家事やシャワーこれを白湯にしてみたら何だか上手く動けない何十年ものルーチンだもん無理だよ😮‍💨食前食後も日中も、砂糖もミルクも入れないストレートティーを保温水筒に入れてずっとごくごく飲む1日で1リットル以上は飲んでるほうじ茶でも耐えられるのでほうじ茶にしようかと思ったら、紅茶と成分同じだからだめだそーな🙅栄養士さん提案は、せめて麦茶…麦茶はすぐ腐る(うち限定？)ので嫌いですうちは冷蔵庫が小さくて1リットルのピッチャーも入らないし、麦茶飲むくらいならと白湯だったんだけど味がないものが苦手(松本や熊本の超軟水のお水は好きです)以前はハーブティーをよく飲んでたんだけど好きなブランドが廃盤になって今は年末年始で一年分の紅茶を買ってフレーバーを変えて毎日飲んでるもうねー、努力はしたけど紅茶がないと生きられない体質だしさ、その分、ヘム鉄摂取に舵切ればいいんだよね？年明けに買った鉄玉子🥚で沸かしたお湯を積極的に使ってるしさ、好きなもの犠牲にしても続かないわわがままとでもなんとでも言ってくれ人はさ、犠牲を払ってでも生き続けたい人と犠牲を払うくらいなら寿命を受け入れる人2タイプいると思うんだよね自分は後者頑固だもん先天性疾患も病気も怪我も、寿命の一つだったのかなって思うんです今朝も相変わらず切開箇所の腫れと激痛は変わらず出血は止まったくさいけど、膿がまた結構溜まって触ると破裂しそう熱もあるので安全策を取るなら入院した方がいいんだろうなわかってるんだけど、入院は疲れるし眠れないしプライバシーもないストレスで余計病む自信がある😅ありがたいことに、担当医、いつ休んでんのってくらいずっと病院にいる人で連休中も当直でいるから少しでもつらかったら救急外来で来なさいと言ってくれてる(どっかの整形外科医に爪の垢飲ませたい)連休前半は3連休余程無理しなきゃ急変はないと信じてる本当は今日、熱下がって下痢治ってたら秩父まで芝桜見に行こうと思ってたけど歩く振動で前屈みになるレベル温泉も銭湯も禁止と言われてるのでやっぱり家で大人しくコナン見て寝てよう部屋の掃除片付けもしたいけど、腹圧禁止で重いものも持ち上げられずこんな状態だもんせめて紅茶(カフェインレス)くらいは許して欲しいと思うのです五稜郭は🌸満開らしいです(写真は開花当日)

たぶん、連絡は無い。

現在の契約は5月末まで。辞めたいと思いつつ、プライベートが忙し過ぎて、仕事探しする気になれず…契約更新を希望しました。営業アシスタント的な人に、契約更新したい旨を伝えて数日後……営業担当とアシスタントが変わるとメール連絡がありました。営業担当って、１度も会ったことないけどね。そしていつの間にか、営業担当は4人目？まだ半年しか働いてないけど、4人目？？大丈夫か、この派遣会社。派遣先上司も以前、「この半年だか１年で担当営業が3回も変わった。派遣会社を変えようかと思っている」と言っていました。確かに担当営業はどんどん変わってるね。派遣社員には、これまで連絡無かったけどね。今回は、いつもやり取りや面談をするアシスタントも変わるため、連絡してきたのでしょう。でさ、私の契約更新の話はどうなってるのかね？前回も、私は更新したい旨を伝えたけど、派遣会社が派遣先には確認してなくて、契約が切れる1ヶ月前のギリギリにやっと更新されました。1ヶ月前を過ぎてたんだったかな？私が昼休みに派遣会社にメールし、その10分後に隣の席に居た上司に電話がかかってきて、やっと更新された感じです。今回も、確認してないんだろなあー。営業担当もアシスタントも変わっちゃったしね。契約期間終了の1ヶ月前までには、更新の有無を派遣社員に伝えないと駄目だったと記憶してるんだけど？まだ1週間あるので様子見しますけど、たぶん、連絡来ないだろうなと思ってます。

雨の日グッズ

りえの徒然日記。

雨だと洋服は濡れるし髪はぼさぼさになるし。本当に憂鬱ですよね。通勤で雨に濡れている私を不憫に思って彼が雨の日グッズを買ってくれました（笑）これも素敵便かな🤔まずはレインコート◾️グリーンレーベルレインコートというか撥水加工がしてあるコートなので、勿論普段使いも出来ますよこれはだいぶ生地が薄め。ちょうど今の時期にぴったりです。ネイビーのコート自体1着くらいしかなかったので新鮮こちらも普通のトレンチとして重宝できますね。ただ若干サイズが大きめかな？続いてレインブーツこれは相当探してくれたようです。いわゆる普通の長靴的なのとかジョッキーブーツみたいのは結構見るけど、その辺は彼的にNGなようで。ダサいと一蹴してましたで、彼にお任せしてたら素敵ブーツが3足届きましたよ！◾️トップドライこちらはネイビーです。ロング丈は黒で。ショート、ミドル、ロングとそれぞれ丈が違うのでコーデによって使い分け出来ますねしかもそれぞれ色が違うのも良い🙆‍♀️昔はレインシューズを履いてたときもあるけど、なかなか気にいるものに出会えなくて結局普段のパンプスでやり過ごしてましたが。これで今年の梅雨も怖くありませんね！毎度ありがとう😊😊😊というか、今の家は駅から30秒だし、職場は駅から2分なのでそもそもそんなには濡れないんですけどね😅
